- Upon arrival at the service address and evaluation of all the documents, the final price will be discussed and paid after services are completed.
Mobile Notary, Tax Preparation and Fingerprinting Fees
On Demand Mobile Notary Services
We will travel to your home or business or we can meet you at a convenient location that is convenient for you.
- $15.00 Per signature on Acknowledgements and Jurats
- $15.00 Administering an Oath or Affirmation to one person
- $30.00 Services rendered in connection with taking a deposition
- $7.00 Administering the oath to the witness in connection with the deposition or certificate to the deposition
- $0.00 Notarize signatures on vote by mail ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials
- $15.00 Certifying a Copy of Power of Attorney
- $0.00 United States military veteran’s application or claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veterans benefits
- $35 standard fee for 1 notary signature and travel up to 10 miles for 1 signer
- Waiting time is $1.00 per minute after 10 minute grace period for notary public services.
- Additional fee for a mobile notary public after 9 pm and weekends and holidays
- $150.00 Flat fee for most mobile notary public services at the jail or prison
- $10.00 Additional surcharge for a mobile notary public at hospitals to cover parking, and travel time to and from the patient’s room
- .25 cents Per copy of Notarized line item from the journal

Miscellaneous Fees
Mobile Notary Services
Additional fees for waiting time beyond 10 minutes may apply if documents and/or persons signing the documents are not ready at the appointment time.
Please note that the mobile notarization fee will be applied even if the notarization cannot be performed for reasons beyond On Demand Mobile Notary Services control, such as the legal incapacity of any signing party.
Tax Preparation Services
Currently, there is no physical location for you to come to and all services are handled as a mobile service where I come to pick up and drop off your tax documents and completed returns. I am working out of my home office.
If you prefer to mail or upload your documents to me instead, you do have that option just request that service and additional details will be provided to you.
Tax services are for individual personal returns and self-employed sole proprietors.
Witnesses
Witnesses may be provided for limited documents by our staff by appointment only. If scheduling works out then we will charge you an additional $30 per witness needed.
This fee does not apply when you bring your own witnesses. Staff cannot be coerced to act as witnesses for any particular document. It is strongly recommended that you bring your own.
